I am trying to upload a script, I have tried a word file and a pdf and neither is progressing from 0% in over half an hour.
Is there a system outage?

It is my understanding that you are trying to import a script in PDF format? If my understanding is correct MyLines does not work with PDFs. As we state in the App stores and other places, the MyLines app works with text-based scripts that are imported into the app through the website. PLEASE NOTE that PDFs and image-based scripts MUST be converted to TEXT in order to work with the MyLines app. MyLines will work with files in text or MS Word formats.
